Orthopedic physical therapists are experts in the evaluation, treatment, and prevention of disorders and dysfunctions of the musculoskeletal system, including injuries involving muscle, bone, joint, tendon, ligament, and nerve. Modalities include electrical muscle stimulation/TENS, moist heat/cold packs, spinal decompression/mechanical traction, iontophoresis, ultrasound, vasopneumatic systems, taping, splinting/bracing, dry needling, blood flow restriction, IASTM, and orthotics/shoe inserts.

Orthopedic physical therapy can help you move better, often with less pain. This is done through manual therapy, therapeutic activity and exercise, neuromuscular re-education, balance training, dry needling, and the use of modalities.

Your first appointment will last about an hour. Please arrive 15 minutes early.

If applicable, bring your physician referral or prescription, insurance card, paperwork, ID, and co-payment.

At your appointment, we’ll do an initial evaluation and discuss your care plan.
