The clinic is open 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday and Wednesday; 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday; and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday. BenchMark offers in-clinic and telehealth options for outpatient orthopedic physical therapy, including manual therapy, injury prevention, return to performance, total joint replacement, concussion management and vestibular rehabilitation programs. Clinic director Lauren Nyland earned a bachelor’s degree from Middle Tennessee State University and a doctor of physical therapy degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. She is certified in dry needling and is pursuing certification in manual therapy. BenchMark also has a clinic at 323 Sam Ridley Parkway West and approximately 30 other clinics in the Nashville region.
